EURCAD posts an intraday Gartley pattern. Great bear set up

EURCAD – Bearish Bias – at 1.2960 with a stop at 1.3015 We posted you an analytical EURCAD report before the Bank Of Canada rate decision, as promised to keep you informed of any future trading possibilities. Although losses were posted from the 22^nd Oct high, the cross has registered a profit taking correction higher (from 1.2801). A full AB=CD correction would take the pair to 1.2967. A perfect intraday bearish Gartley formation is located at 1.2969. In view of these facts our call is a Bearish Bias – at 1.2960 with a stop at 1.3015 Profit targets will be: 1.2842, 1.2801 and towards 1.2671, 38.2% pullback of gains from 1.2129 – 1.3015. The risk to this outlook would be buying through a stop of 1.3015.

USDJPY – Bearish Butterfly formation looks for lower levels.

Last week’s price action saw gains within the weekly Ichimoku cloud cover rejected and Fridays strong selloff not only posting a bearish Outside Day (a pattern of trading consistent with exhausted bull market momentum and the start of a new bearish bias) but also over half the initial weekly gains being rejected. This has formed ‘near perfect’ bearish Butterfly on the daily chart that has a target level of 79.40. Although the ‘prime’ entry level would be 79.90 risk/reward is good to call a sell from the open. In view of these facts our call is bearish with a stop of 80.39 The profit targets are 78.60, reverse trend line support (weekly) and ‘stepping inside’ of the target level, then 77.42 and 77.13. The risk however would be with buying through a stop of 80.39, Fridays high trade
